We welcome patients with private medical insurance and are recognised by a number of leading UK insurers.

Before Your Appointment
To avoid any unexpected charges, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Get Authorisation:
Contact your insurer in advance to obtain pre-authorisation for your consultation or treatment. - Provide Your Details:
Once authorised, please share your membership number and authorisation code with our admin team. - Check Your Cover:
Some policies may include an excess, limits, or exclusions (e.g. outpatient care or diagnostic scans). Please check this with your insurer before your visit.
Invoices & Billing
- We bill your insurer directly where possible.
- If any portion of your care is not covered, you’ll be invoiced directly for the outstanding balance.
- We will always let you know in advance if there are any additional fees.
Overseas Insurance & International Patients
If you’re covered by an international insurer or you’re visiting from abroad, please let us know. We’re happy to work with overseas providers and can supply all necessary documentation for reimbursement.
Not Using Insurance?
If you’re not claiming through insurance, you’re very welcome to self-pay. We offer clear, competitive pricing and a range of self-pay packages — see our Fees page for more information.
